Road to 2011 Portuguese Beginners Championship - 3 Weeks Out



Training:
My training right now as of 3 weeks out: very careful training! Training for pumps and conditioning lots of reps and fast and intense, huge pumps! I am using many drop-sets right now.


Diet Consists of
Proteins:
Eggs
Egg whites
Chicken
Turkey
Fish
Lean Steak

Carbs:
White rice
Potatoes
Oatmeal
Vegetables

Amounts change daily!


Goals:
Win Portuguese Junior Championship on November 26th, 2011; get a sponsor and compete abroad.

This is my battle! I will compete and I will bring my best so I hope my competitors plan to bring there’s! I am 3 weeks out right now and getting better daily. I would like to say thanks so much to the Filipe Correia [BODY-FUELL] for all your help and support with nutrition, training and supplements! You are the best man and I couldn’t do this without you! 

A huge thanks goes to my wonderful mom. She's my best supporter! I definitely wouldn’t have anything I have today without my parents, they have made me what I am today, I love you so much.

This is my life and my road to improve in this amazing sport!
